Spicy beef brisket noodle soup is a Korean noodle dish made with beef brisket, vegetables and chewy noodles in a rich spicy broth.

Capacity: 1-1.5 servings
Ingredients: Jjamppong broth (beef brisket, beef bone broth, onion, courgette, cabbage, carrot, green onion), jjamppong noodles

- Boil 700ml of water. Add the jjamppong noodles and cook.
- While the noodles are cooking, warm the jjamppong broth in a saucepan or microwave.
- When the water returns to a boil, add 1 cup of cold water. Once it boils again, drain the noodles and rinse under cold water.
- Briefly dip the noodles in hot water to warm them. Drain well and place them in a bowl.
- Pour the warmed jjamppong broth over the noodles and serve.
