  1. Place the pork back ribs in a pot or wok and pour in the spicy sauce.<\/li>\n
  2. Simmer over medium heat until the ribs are tender and the sauce has reduced.<\/li>\n
  3. Move the ribs to one side. Add the mozzarella cheese to the empty side and melt over low heat.<\/li>\n
  4. Once the cheese has melted, turn off the heat and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Tip: Cook and serve in an electric frying pan to keep the cheese warm and melted.<\/p>\n
