Spicy Sundae Soup is a Korean pork bone soup made with blood sausage and pork offal simmered in a richly seasoned spicy broth. Unlike mild versions, the broth is already fully seasoned with chilli and perilla flavour. Fresh red chillies are included so you can adjust the spice level to your preference.

Sundae (Korean blood sausage), spicy seasoned pork bone broth (with perilla seed powder), pork offal, green onion, fresh red chilli pepper

Pour the broth into a pot and bring to a boil.

When the broth starts to boil, add the sundae and pork offal.

Simmer for 1–2 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Add the sliced fresh chillies to your preferred spice level and serve hot.
