Spicy seafood noodle soup is a Korean noodle dish made with seafood, vegetables and chewy noodles in a rich spicy broth.
The seafood and vegetables add depth to the broth and create a bold savoury flavour.
Product Information
Capacity: 1-1.5 servings
Ingredients: Jjamppong broth (squid, shrimp, mussels, onion, green onion, cabbage, carrot, wood ear mushroom, bamboo shoot, chicken broth), Jjamppong noodles
Simcook Easy Cooking Recipes
- Boil 700ml of water. Add the jjamppong noodles and cook.
- While the noodles are cooking, warm the jjamppong broth in a saucepan or microwave.
- When the water returns to a boil, add 1 cup of cold water. Once it boils again, drain the noodles and rinse under cold water.
- Briefly dip the noodles in hot water to warm them. Drain well, place them in a bowl and pour over the warmed jjamppong broth.
