Delivery and Pickup Options
- Order and Delivery: We offer delivery across the North Island (excluding rural areas) and convenient pickup options.
- Pickup: You can pick up your order from our designated locations.
Delivery Schedule
- Friday Orders: Place your order for Saturday delivery by 5 PM Friday.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed by 5 PM on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
- Public Holidays: We do not operate on Sundays or public holidays. If a public holiday falls on a Monday, your order will be prepared and dispatched on Tuesday for delivery.
Daily Order Cut-Off Time
- Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed by 5 PM are processed for next-day delivery in Auckland and next-day dispatch for other regions.
Auckland Area Deliveries
- All deliveries within Auckland are handled by Simcook Direct Delivery Service to ensure your order arrives promptly.
Overnight Delivery for Other Regions
- We offer overnight delivery for regions outside of Auckland. Orders must be placed by 5 PM on Tuesday for dispatch by Wednesday, and delivery typically takes 1-2 days.

Ingredients for steamed monkfish : monkfish, seasoned broth, water parsley, green onions, bean sprouts, rice powder water
Please prepare extra! – Sesame oil, sesame oil
Simcook Easy Cooking Recipes
1. Put 700ml of water in a pot and boil it.
2. When the water boils, add the bean sprouts and blanch them, then rinse them in cold water.
3. Put the monkfish and seasoned broth in a pot or wok. Pour in just enough seasoned broth to cover the monkfish.
4. When the broth starts to boil, add rice powder water.
5. When the broth becomes thick, add bean sprouts, water parsley, green onions, and sesame oil and mix evenly. Place on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Storage method
If eating on the day you receive it or within 3 days, keep it in the refrigerator.
If eating later, keep the monkfish, broth, middeodeok, and green onions in the refrigerator/water parsley, bean sprouts, and rice powder in the refrigerator.
Tip! You can store it more conveniently by freezing it after cooking.
